By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

You may use this Site for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes related to seeking information about our legal services or contacting our office. You agree not to:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, our systems, or related networks
  • Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code, or attempt to interfere with the Site's proper functioning

5. Booking & Contact Forms

This Site allows you to request a consultation (via our Calendly-powered booking form) or send a general inquiry (via our contact form, processed through Formspree). By submitting either form, you consent to us using the information provided to respond to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You agree to provide accurate and truthful information when using these forms and not to use them for any purpose other than a genuine inquiry about our services.

6. No Warranty; Accuracy of Content

This Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Immigration law and procedure change frequently, and we do not warrant that any information on the Site reflects the most current state of the law. See our Disclaimer for further detail.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the firm, its lawyers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of, or in any way connected with, your access to, use of, or inability to use this Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. 11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be severed, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects when these Terms were most recently revised. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
